Important: All Trade Findr partners sign a simple partner agreement before receiving leads. This protects you, protects our customers, and keeps the network trustworthy for everyone.

No Call No Show
Missing a confirmed job without prior notice is a serious breach of your partner agreement. Contractors who fail to show without contacting us risk immediate suspension from the network. Repeated or unexplained no-shows may result in thetradefindr pursuing recovery of any losses incurred as a direct result of the missed booking.
Non-Compliance
Failure to meet thetradefindr's partner standards — including poor workmanship, unprofessional conduct, or repeated unresolved customer complaints — may result in removal from the network. We investigate all complaints thoroughly before any action is taken.
Gross Neglect
Wilful damage to a customer's property, fraudulent behaviour, or gross negligence will result in immediate and permanent removal from the network. Such cases may be referred to the relevant legal authorities. thetradefindr reserves the right to recover any damages or losses through legal proceedings where applicable.
Performance Deductions (Under Review)
A performance-based deduction system is currently under review. Depending on customer satisfaction ratings and feedback, minor deductions from your job payout may apply in cases of substandard delivery. No deductions will be implemented without prior notice and a fair investigation process. Contractors will be informed of any policy changes before they take effect.
All obligations are outlined in full in the thetradefindr Partner Agreement, which must be signed before your first lead is issued.

You are paid after the job has been completed and the customer has made their final payment. We process your payout within 24 to 48 hours of the balance being received. You will receive a WhatsApp notification when the transfer is sent to your registered bank account.
No. Applying is completely free. There are no joining fees, no monthly subscriptions, and no upfront costs. We only earn a commission from jobs we send you — meaning we only make money when you make money.

We offer customers a 7-day callback guarantee. If a dispute is raised, we will contact you to return and resolve the issue. Contractors who consistently have unresolved disputes risk removal from the network. We back our partners — but quality must be maintained.
We understand that emergencies happen. Contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible if you cannot complete an accepted job and we will reassign it. Repeated cancellations after acceptance will affect your partner standing and lead priority.
